Long Canyon Trail
Long Canyon Trail in Sedona, Arizona.
I enjoyed this trail, but we didn't go as far down it as we might have liked. It's one of those "out-and-back" kinds of trails, so with every step you take, you're thinking about how you'll have to retrace it later. Having already done Doe Mountain earlier in the morning, we decided to turn back after a couple of miles (I hazily recall), for a four mile hike. I much prefer a loop when hiking. It seems easier to manage a longer hike that way, in order to complete the loop.

Hey!
Hi. All. Of. Yous. Posting will continue to be light and possibly nonexistent this month. Still busy busy at work and trying to get miscellaneous tasks done around home and computer. Consider it a holiday break.
I haven't lost interest in writing here, but I need to balance things and recharge a bit. You might notice some blog-housekeeping going on, if you pay attention that closely to things around here. (God I hope not.) ;-)
Thanks, to you regular readers. Please stick around!
